Women throughout time have used Wild Yams to help alleviate their symptoms from Menopause. 

To Use: Women apply 1 pea-size amount morning & night to neck, chest, inner wrist or abdomen, rotating areas with each use. Use 3 weeks, stop using the 4th week. After this break, resume using. 
Women still having a menstrual cycle, the week of your cycle is your 4th week (off week) Women who are no longer cycling, choose your off week. 

Do NOT take if on heart meds or have blood-thinning problems. Discontinue use 2 weeks before & after surgery.
